I am an innovative Emmy-Award winning Producer, Content Director, and Director of Production in support of mold-breaking products. With 10 years in the field, I have experience supervising and directing digital media for TV, music albums, podcasts, marketing, e-learning, live events, therapy, animation and more.
Most recently, I oversaw Content Direction for Real, a therapy app reimagining mental healthcare. Previously I ran Content Production and Strategy for Cluey (a startup empowering conscious consumers), and led Production for Joseph Gordon-Levitt’s creativity app HITRECORD, owning the planning and execution of all content.

About Me
Personally, I am an empathetic, caring and collaborative human who loves trying new things. I'm obsessed with dogs (especially my rescue dog Willow), Chicago sports teams, and exploring the outdoors. Through my own journey of recovery and sobriety, my focuses have expanded into health and wellness, and a desire to help others. I've become a certified ISSA personal trainer, an amateur (slow) triathlete, a meditation enthusiast, and I'm always trying out a new hobby. My goal in my personal life and in work is to create content in support of a mission to help make others lives better.
